All Transactions are subject to the following conditions: It is agreed and understood that we cannot be held responsible for any costs and will be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or claim made against you by any trading Company or business relation to a Company name incorporated through ourselves in our capacity as registration agents. We rely on the commercial and market awareness of all individuals/promoters in consideration and submission of names which are not similar to Companies already incorporated or unincorporated businesses within their trade or profession.  

Company Policy: Our policy is to ensure full customer satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of professionalism and speed of service. All products supplied are of the highest quality and our staff are committed to giving full customer service and information where permittable. All orders are treated in the strictest of confidence at all given times.  

Payment: All fees regarding company formation/purchases are to be paid in advance and documents will only be issued to you upon clearance of cheque.  

Money Laundering: Under International Money Laundering Regulations New Company Associates Ltd has a strict obligation to ensure that our services do not aid money laundering or any criminal activity. The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Money Laundering Regulations 2003 place some important obligations upon professional advisers from a wide range of sectors including Tax advisers Accountants Auditors Insolvency Practitioners and Legal Advisers. Such professionals who carry on relevant business are required to fulfill a range of obligations to prevent money laundering. In particular they are required to report their knowledge of suspicion of money laundering to the Authorities. This covers the proceeds of all crime including all acts of tax evasion and fraud.
